On Saturday May 12, 2012 starting at noon, The Yale Historic Site is pleased to present the Grand Opening of author Christopher L. Murphy's, 'The Sasquatch Mystery'. Plaster cast footprints, models, sculptures, professional replicas, highly detailed charts, scientific posters and so much more. The exhibit will open with the debut of Christopher's new book, 'Sasquatch in British Columbia: A Chronology of Incidents and Important Events. Meet Christopher, author Thomas Steenburg, and David Hancock of Hancock House Publishing in person and have the chance to purchase autographed copies of the new book. A large selection of Sasquatch books and memorabilia will be for sale and Sasquatch Sign Co. will be selling specially designed t-shirts. Kids can join the 'Sasquatch Fan Club and have their photo taken with our Sasquatch. Membership purchase gets you free admission to the site for the 2012 season as well as chances to win special prizes. There will be a fundraiser BBQ with proceeds to the Yale and District Historical Society. Festivities get underway at noon. The exhibit will be at the Yale Historic Site until September 30, 2012.
