Visit Huble Homestead Historic Site and step into the pioneer history of Prince George. Originally a family homestead and fur trading post, the site is home to the Huble house, built in 1912, and is open to the public from May to October for daily guided tours, lunch, and shopping in the General Store. Special events are held on weekends throughout the summer and feature blacksmithing and pioneer demonstrations, games and contests for the whole family, and live entertainment. Huble Homestead is located 40km north of Prince George, just off highway 97 on Mitchell Road. Admission is by donation.
