The annual Victoria Symphony Splash is a spectacular event that sees Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour transformed into an outdoor concert stage. It is the finale of the 3nd annual “Symphony in the Summer” outdoor concert festival, which takes place July 19 to July 31, 2011.
