Victoria’s beloved Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites

Year-round fun and discovery for everyone can be found at Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites! Come stroll along the ramparts of three coast artillery gun batteries built over 100 years ago. Join interpreters in period costume for an authentic experience; see original guns, intriguing underground magazines and camouflaged searchlight emplacements. Then step inside a real Victorian lighthouse, play with the interactive exhibits, see what life was like for a newly-arrived family 150 years ago or find yourself face to face with the recently discovered photo of George Davies, Fisgard’s first keeper.
Many exiting special events and programs are planned for next summer.
